PULSE Cardio

Beginning in September join us on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30.  This class is 8 rounds of arms, abs, legs and cardio.  Four 90 second exercises per round, this class allows you to push yourself as hard (or not) as you want.  You'll get out of it what you put into it.  What do you want to achieve?

COMING SOON!!!  Zumba is a super fun way to burn calories by incorporating interval training through alternating rhythms and resistance. This class combines Latin and International music and dance moves.
